What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel >30 days before arrival to receive 100% refund less $75 cancellation fee

Cancel 30-14 days before arrival to receive 50% refund less $75 cancellation fee

Cancel <14 days before arrival, no refund will be issues

There are no exceptions due to weather related issues

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, due to HOA policies, fur babies are not allowed at this property

Is there a security deposit?

There is a $300 security deposit hold. The hold will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is found.

Do your provide beach supplies?

Yes, you will have access to beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and cooler

What are the house rules?

  • Must be 25 or older to book

  • No unregistered guests allowed

  • No parties

  • No smoking

  • Please notify us immediately if something is damaged

    ** if any of our house rules are broken, booking will be terminated immediately**
