Cancel >30 days before arrival to receive 100% refund less $75 cancellation fee
Cancel 30-14 days before arrival to receive 50% refund less $75 cancellation fee

Unfortunately, due to HOA policies, fur babies are not allowed at this property
Is there a security deposit?
There is a $250 security deposit hold. The hold will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is found.
